How to Look Your Best When Traveling Light!

When you go on a trip be careful about how you pack to save time and frustration.  Try to pick a basic color scheme and match your outfits to go together is the easiest solution.

Be sure to remember to coordinate the beauty products you need to bring as well.  A good tip is to pack small with products all in one, such as a neutral compact of colors to solve that problem for you.  Check One Night Cosmetics  and their beautiful compacts of everything you'll need with applicators in one credit card size!

Simple Exercise Can Help Strengthen Your Eye Muscles!

Practice exercising your eye muscles at least once a day can prevent eyestrain and protect your vision.  Sit upright and relax your shoulders.  Try to keep your head still as you look up and down a few times (about three) each session.  The next step is to look to the right and left about three times.  Then finish off your eye workout, by circling your eyes clockwise three times, then focus on the other eye and do the same thing.

Constantly Hungry Between Meal?

Do you find yourself always raiding the refrigerator soon after you finish a meal?  If you say yes, then the problem might be related to high-fructose corn syrup in the products you consume.  Unlike other sugars, high-fructose corn syrup, which is found in soft drinks, baked goods, cereals and salad dressings, interferes with how your body regulates your appetite.

Regular cane sugar releases leptin, a protein that turns off hunger pains whereas high-fructose corn syrup can do the opposite.

The best protection is to check product labels.  If high-fructose corn syrup is one of the first five ingredients, leave it on that store shelf!  Your body will thank you.
