Sometimes, the easiest way to feel better when you're depressed gets overlooked more often than not. Usually, we're too involved with our own problem we often lose track of the people trying to help us. However, it's important to always say thank you.
Just uttering the words thank you can help redirect painful negative energy into positive once you remember to say them out loud. After all, someone cared enough to be concerned so being grateful can help you refocus, helping you feel better.
