The Importance of Using Your Scale
Try to weigh yourself at least once a week. Remember, but it's a wise idea to also jump on your scale at the same time of day as well for the best estimate of your weight. By doing so, you'll have a more accurate idea of what that number should be. This way if you gain a pound or two, you'll be able to cut back slightly until you get back to where you were or would like to be.
